Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”), will host an Analyst Day meeting for investment professionals on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, starting with breakfast at 8:00 a.m. The Analyst Day meeting will be held at The Westin New York, 270 West 43rd Street, New York, NY 10036. A copy of the presentation prepared by the Company for use during the Analyst Day meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in its entirety to this Item 7.01.
