On January 17, 2014, Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. is announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to 200,000 shares (approximately 4.31%) of its outstanding common stock commencing January 17, 2014, and ending December 31, 2014. The Board has authorized the appropriate officers of the Company to effect repurchases either in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions.
