Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Boise Inc. today announced that it expects to make on March 11, 2010 excess cash flow payments of $8.7 million with respect to its Tranche A term loan, due 2013 and of $13.3 million with respect to its Tranche B term loan, due 2014.
