Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

For family reasons, Juergen Rottler, Executive Vice President, Oracle Customer Services, and a named executive officer of Oracle Corporation (the “Company”), is moving to a modified work schedule. Effective February 9, 2010, certain of Mr. Rottler’s responsibilities were assumed by other members of the Company’s management.
