Item 2.02. | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On May 13, 2008, Computer Software Innovations, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 7.01. | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
In a conference call scheduled for today, the Company intends to disclose that the Company remains cautiously optimistic with respect to sales for the 2008 second quarter. In particular, the Company is optimistic as to the timing of order delivery between the second and third quarters, although the timing of deals between the quarters is a potential challenge. When the Company is able to recognize revenue will depend on when orders are received and delivery can be made.
Further, without providing any quantitative guidance, the Company will disclose that technology revenue is typically highest during the second and third quarters and that it anticipates the same in 2008. The Company expects results similar to 2007 over the course of the summer quarters. Management is bullish on CSIs future potential overall.

You are accordingly cautioned not to place undue reliance on such forward-looking statements, which speak only as of the date that we make them.
