Item 4.    Ownership      
   (a)    Under the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mr. Boyle may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of a total of 15,177,926 shares of Issuer Common Stock. This amount includes (i) 43,284 shares held in two guarantor retained annuity trusts for which Mr. Boyle is trustee and income beneficiary; (ii) 322,179 shares held in a trust, of which Mr. Boyle’s wife is the trustee, for the benefit of his children; and (iii) 417 shares held in a trust for Mrs. Boyle, of which she is the trustee. Pursuant to Rule 13d-4, this filing shall not be construed as an admission that Mr. Boyle is, for the purposes of Section 13(d) or 13(g) of the Act, the beneficial owner of the securities identified in clauses (ii) and (iii) of this paragraph.      
   (b)    Mr. Boyle’s beneficial ownership of Issuer Common Stock represented approximately 42.2% of the 35,997,535 issued and outstanding shares of such stock as of December 31, 2006 as reported in the Issuer’s most recently filed quarterly report.      
   (c)    (i)    Of the total amount of shares beneficially owned by Mr. Boyle, Mr. Boyle has sole power to vote or direct the vote of 14,855,330 shares.      
      (ii)    Of the total amount of shares beneficially owned by Mr. Boyle, Mr. Boyle has shared power to vote or direct the vote of 322,596 shares.      
      (iii)    Of the total amount of shares beneficially owned by Mr. Boyle, Mr. Boyle has sole power to dispose or direct the disposition of 14,855,330 shares.      
      (iv)    Of the total amount of shares beneficially owned by Mr. Boyle, Mr. Boyle has shared power to dispose or direct the disposition of 322,596 shares.
