(b) On March 13, 2006, Mr. Jeffrey P. Bourgoyne, Mannatech’s Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Associate Care, tendered his resignation to pursue other interests.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 14, 2006, Mannatech, Incorporated issued a press release announcing that on March 13, 2006, its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend payable on Monday, April 17, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, March 31, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
