On September 9, 2004, Arrowhead Research Corporation announced that Joseph T. Kingsley was hired as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Kingsley’s first day in his role as CFO at the company was Tuesday, September 7, 2004. The related Press Release is attached as exhibit 99.1 hereto.
