Item 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 24, 2005, Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (the "Company") issued a
press release announcing the Company's financial results for the fiscal quarter
and year ending January 1, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
