On
January 7, 2008, Daniel P. McHugh, the Chief Financial Officer
of the
Student Loan Corporation (the Company) since April, 2004, announced
his
intention to resign from his position in order to accept an
opportunity
outside of the Company. His resignation as Chief Financial
Officer will be
effective February 29, 2008. Mr. McHugh’s replacement will be
announced in due
course.
