On August 13, 2015, ServiceSource International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its board of directors approved a new share repurchase program authorizing the repurchase of up to $30 million of the Company's common stock. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
