Item 8.01 — Other Events.
Yahoo! Finance, an online source for stock trading information, has issued inaccurate information for Retractable Technologies, Inc.’s stock and may not be a reliable source for trading information. For example, for December 3, 2015, Yahoo! Finance reports an opening, low, high, and closing price of $2.50 per share with 1,044,900 total shares traded on that day. Accordingly, Yahoo! Finance published an inaccurate 52-week low price of $2.50 per share.
In contrast, according to information published online by NYSE.com, Retractable Technologies, Inc.’s opening, low, high, and closing price on December 3, 2015 was $3.53 per share.
