On March 19, 2014, Bunge Limited (“Bunge”) announced that Raul Padilla, currently Managing Director, Bunge Global Agribusiness and Chief Executive Officer, Bunge Product Lines, will become Chief Executive Officer of Bunge Brazil effective May 1, 2014.  Mr. Padilla will be succeeded by Brian Thomsen, who currently serves as Managing Director, Grains and Oilseeds Product Line.
