Section 1 – Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 21, 2008, the Company entered into a Marketing and Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation (“Toshiba”). This Agreement, which runs through 2013, will cover distribution throughout the world by Toshiba and its subsidiaries and distributors of the Company’s advanced medical imaging and distribution software and related services.
The foregoing description of the Agreement is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Agreement, which will be filed by the Company as an exhibit to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008.
