Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 21, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has signed an agreement with Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation (“Toshiba”) under which Toshiba will distribute the Company’s products throughout the world through 2013. Toshiba has been a distributor of the Company’s products since 2000. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
