Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 23, 2004, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has signed non-exclusive strategic agreements with Mirada Solutions Ltd., based in Oxford, England, and Medicsight, based in London, England. The agreements are described in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
On November 24, 2004, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has signed a technical integration agreement with Stentor Corporation. The agreement is described in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
