Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 11, 2008, Escalade, Incorporated (“Escalade”) issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing financial information regarding Escalade’s first quarter results for 2008.
The shareholder message attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 was mailed to shareholders following the press release.
