On September 13, 2018, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. ("A&F" or the "Registrant") issued a press release announcing the appointment of Gregory J. Henchel to serve as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Henchel is expected to join A&F on October 1, 2018. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference.
